 International Sales Manager Sports & Play
(40 hours)

Your challenge

As an International Sales Manager Sports & Play, you get energy from building and strengthening customer relationships. You maintain existing contacts but also actively seek new opportunities in the market. You ensure that customers always receive appropriate and expert advice.

You work closely with the Internal Sales team and our Application Engineer to optimally support customers.

In this role, you will travel frequently within Europe. You are the face of Schmitz Foam Products in Europe and play a key role in maintaining and further strengthening our market-leading position in sports and playground applications. Together with the Commercial Manager (your direct supervisor), you define key sales markets and application areas internationally.

Our products are high-quality shock pads used as a base layer for premium artificial grass systems, including playgrounds, sports fields (football, rugby, American football, hockey, multi-sport, and equestrian sports), and various other applications. They provide users with a safe and comfortable surface.

For every customer and project need, we offer suitable shock pads. Our ProPlay shock pads are made from high-quality recycled foam (circular), and with ProField we recently added new roll-foam shock pads to our product range.

Your background

  • 6–8 years of international sales experience in artificial grass systems (or related industry)

  • Completed higher professional education (HBO), preferably technical and/or commercial

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
