Ready to endure many playing hours

The ProPlay D-version shock-absorbing pad with built-in horizontal drainage channels can be installed without an impermeable liner if you want to benefit from both its vertical and horizontal drainage capabilities.

 

If vertical drainage isn’t wanted, you simply install our D-version with impermeable foil. By providing the field horizontal water drainage capabilities you can accomplish a great saving in both time and costs to take away the need for digging out the entire subbase.

Some figures to the facts

This graph indicates how much rainfall (in millimeters per hour) a field can handle in relation to its width (in meters), based upon a slope of 0.6% without rainwater rising above the ProPlay-Sport.

For example, in a situation of violent rain (> 50 mm per hour) the maximum drainage distance of the ProPlay-Sport23D is approximately 40 m.

With a typical soccer field being 70-80 m wide, 40 m is the perfect drainage distance to smoothly transport rain water from the center of the field to the sides of the field. Even after violent rain the soccer field is ready to be played on instantly.
